Refund policy
We have a 7-DAY RETURN POLICY, which means you have 7 DAYS after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, please contact us at essaartistry@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need a photo or video of why you believe there is an issue with your item(s). ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.

DAMAGES AND MANUFACTURER ISSUES
We understand we make mistakes as well! Please check your order when it arrives. Should any of your items be defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue. Remember, you will only have 7 DAYS after the items are received to request a return.
EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned such as hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact essaartistry@gmail.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
EXCHANGES
Please contact us through email at essaartistry@gmail.com if you would like to exchange a defective or damaged product. You will also need to provide photo or video evidence of said product. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCHANGES ON ORDERS THAT WERE "PURCHASED BY MISTAKE". Exchanges are eligible within the 7 day period.
NO REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Once refunded, process time is upon your bank. Payment should reappear between 1-7 business days.
